SlimJim Electric Boiler & Cylinder Heatpacks are designed to reduce installation time and eliminate unnecessary external plumbing and pipe work. This value-for-money package includes a 14.4kW SlimJim Electric Boiler and a 180L Direct Stainless Steel Cylinder complete with a Boiler Pack designed for Heating and Domestic Hot Water installations. SlimJim Electric Boiler Packages are available with single phase Boilers from 7kW to 14.4kW with a choice of Direct Stainless Steel Cylinders from 120L to 180L. An Electric Boiler on a wet central heating system presents all the controllability offered by a gas fired central heating system. Using standard pipe-work, conventional wet system radiators and thermostatic radiator valves the boiler, being 100% efficient and fully modulating, will take the same amount of time to heat the property as a gas boiler. As no flue is involved and no gas analysis is required the installation of the system will be a lot quicker than that of a gas system boiler. Our single phase Electric Flow Boiler outputs are 7kW, 10kW, 12kW with the 14.4kW available for properties that require larger outputs.

The SlimJim Boiler can be used to heat all your radiators for Heating only whilst the Direct Cylinder will provide your Domestic Hot Water using the 3kW Immersion Heater. It is 100% efficient, silent in operation and easy to install. The Electric Heating Company recognise that “Time is Money” and as such developed Electric Boiler & Cylinder Heatpacks that incorporate all the necessary components (with the exception of radiators, radiator valves and pipe-work) for a complete Electric Heating & Hot Water system. EHC offer Electric Boiler & Cylinder Packages to reduce installation time by offering Direct Cylinders with their range of SlimJim Electric Flow Boilers. The Direct Stainless Steel Unvented Cylinders incorporate a combination valve, temperature and pressure relief valve, DHW expansion vessel, tundish and 2 x 3kW Immersion Elements. The Boiler Pack (1) includes the 24/7 programmer, room thermostat, DHW programmer, high efficiency circulating pump, lockshield pump valves, 8 litre robo kit, auto air vent and a magnetic filter. These very popular Boiler & Cylinder Heatpacks ensure that all your heating and hot water appliances carry the renowned EHC Brand which simplifies any future warranty support and provides complete peace of mind. When an Electric Boiler is used for heating a property there will also be a requirement for domestic hot water. Although electric instantaneous water heaters are available, if the property has a bath then it is likely that a hot water cylinder will be required.

Our real time stock availability checker should advise if the stock you require is readily available at your chosen branch and if not you can always check stock at another branch close by if you need the goods straight away.
      If the stock is available at another branch, we can transfer it to your chosen within 24-48h.

    5. Wait for confirmation
    6. Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email with your order number along with details and instructions on what to do next. Please do not go to your chosen branch until you receive the confirmation email advising that your order is ready for collection.
      Please note we don't hold stock for all our online catalogue in stores, so please check the stock availability for each branch on the product pages.

    8. Our expert team will pick and collate your goods together in the designated branch collection areas to ensure there is no delay when you arrive in branch

      In Stock:
      Items currently in stock at your selected branch are available to collect the same day of placing your order, until the store closes. If you place your order after the store has closed, you’ll be able to collect it when the store next opens. Use our Store Locator to check for opening times.

      Distribution centre:
      When the item you want is not available at your chosen branch, but is in stock in another branch, you can order it and collect it within 48h. We’ll send the item to your selected branch, ready for you to collect the 24-48h.
    9. What to do when you come to the store?
    10. Please check the opening hours of your chosen branch before coming. You can find all the details at our store locator page.
      When you arrive at the branch, please provide the order number along with your photo ID and someone from our team will check your details and look after your order.

    11. How long you've got to collect your order?
    12. We allow you 14 days to collect your items once your order is ready for collection. If the order hasn’t been collected by then, we will cancel your order and make the stock available.
      If you need more time to collect your order, please contact your local branch to see if they can extend your collection time.
      For credit account customers we operate a 3 strike policy for failed collections before the service is removed from your account, this is due to the time and cost involved in picking and unpicking orders. For cash customers, the payment will be refunded back to your card used for payment.

    14. No changes can be made to Click & Collect orders once placed. You can either create a new additional order online if you have forgotten to add something to your original order or you can purchase the item(s) separately in store.

    Returning An Unwanted Item

    Please note unwanted non-faulty items should be unused and in a saleable condition and with their original packaging, please make sure that you return all component parts. The return will need to be brought back to the original Tucker French store you purchased from. By following the steps below, we can ensure a smooth transaction can take place and your refund issued.
    • Unwanted items can’t be returned after 30 days of the collection of the goods.
    • If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged, installed or marked.

    How to return the item?

    1. Contact us via email to inform us you would like to return an item.
    2. Take your unwanted, unused item to the Tucker French branch where you originally purchased from in its original packaging.
    3. Bring your invoice or order reference number with you.
    4. Our staff will check the item and confirm it was purchased within the last 30 days.
    5. A refund can then be issued against the original method of payment if these conditions are met.



    Returning A Faulty or Damaged Item

    Please note the products we sell come with Manufacturers' warranty. Please keep in mind the following points when returning a faulty unit.
    • Do not begin the returns process until you have informed us of any faulty items.
    • Please don't send the item back to us until we confirm what is the best procedure for your order based on the product and the issue you have. Please note if you don't follow the returning process we will charge a restoking fee at our discretion.
    • Some brands don't accept returns if the faulty or damaged is developed after the product is installed and used. Instead, they will send an engineer to check the unit and fix the fault. Please contact us before returning an item back to us so we can guide you through this process.
    • Most of the brands we work with recommend buyers to contact them directly if the product purchased is faulty or becomes defective.
    • If your item is installed and becomes faulty, please contact our customer service team before uninstalling the unit.
